Product overview Founded in Switzerland in 1735, Blancpain is the world's oldest existing watch brand. Blancpain is known for sticking to mechanical watches and not making Quartz. This is Blancpain 's diver's watch "Fifty Fathoms". This series has been one of the most popular in Blancpain 's lineup since the original model was introduced in 1953 for the French military's diving corps. In 2013, a reprint model of the Bathyscaphe, a variant of vintage era, was released. The thin rotating bezel is suitable for everyday use and creates an elegant atmosphere.
