The 2005 Factory Special Run (limited model), the "DELUXE VINTAGE 57 Stratocaster" has arrived! This model is named after both the Deluxe and vintage models, but it is classified as an American Vintage model with some American Deluxe elements added. It follows the basics of the 57 Stratocaster, with an ash body, a V-shaped maple one-piece neck, and a thin nitrocellulose lacquer finish, but also features gold parts and an S-1 switch. It is equipped with a samarium cobalt noiseless pickup and 22 frets, giving it a classical playability but a modern sound. It has the feeling of a 57 but boasts a wide variety of sounds, making it a guitar that can be used in any genre!

There are scratches and dents throughout, and dullness/rust on the metal parts. The truss rod works well, and there is plenty of room for adjustment in both the forward and reverse warp correction directions. The neck has been adjusted with a rod. When the bass string side is adjusted to be straight, the treble string side is slightly bowed forward. There is no particular problem with playing. The frets are generally worn, but this does not interfere with playing.
