Product overview 1997 A signature Les Paul by Aerosmith guitarist Joe Perry, nicknamed the "Riff Master" for his versatile guitar playing and songwriting! We have a 1997 model in stock, the first year of its launch as a regular line! The body has a distinctive translucent black color scheme, and is equipped with a 57 CLASSIC front and a Joe Perry Humbacker rear. The front tone pot does not function as is, but if you pull it up, the Chandler ToneX will activate, giving you a strong mid boost and allowing you to use it like an onboard Wah-Wah! The thick yet crisp sound gives off an "eat the rich" vibe rather than a "rich" one!
