Product overview The PTU731KC, part of the 700 Series, featuring TAKAMINE's unique auditorium body, manufactured in 2022, has arrived! The 700 Series is mid-size between the 500 Series and 100 Series, and is characterized by excellent volume balance across each string and a warm sound with a wide frequency range. This instrument, in particular, uses Hawaiian Koa wood for the back and sides, providing excellent attack and separation when strumming. Equipped with the easy-to-use and reliable CT-4BII (PTU) preamp, it is suitable for a wide range of locations, from live performances to home recording!
