Detailed explanation	A rare Yamaha model, the Weddington Custom (WED), produced between 1989 and 1993, has arrived! This was one of the models designed and developed by Yamaha's American division, YGD (Yamaha Guitar Development). It was named after a street in Northern California where YGD is located, and Stevie Salas was appointed as its poster boy. There were no cheaper models, and this was the only one with a list price of 250,000 yen at the time, making it a very impressive guitar. ...but its looks are identical to the flagship model of a certain Japanese manufacturer! It is equipped with a YGD designed DiMarzio PU and a 5-way selector with an irregular arrangement of front/front (parallel)/mixed hum/inner coil (serial) + rear outer (parallel)/rear. The rear tone also functions as a blender in position 2. * Body top paint touch-up history There are scratches, dents, and signs of use throughout. The truss rod works well, and there is plenty of room for adjustment in both the forward and reverse warp correction directions. The neck warp has been adjusted with a rod. The frets are generally worn, but it does not interfere with playing.
