The YAMAHA "SR (Super Rock 'n' Roll)" series was manufactured from the late 70s to the early 80s! This is the most standard model, the "SR-400". It has nothing to do with the Yamaha bike of the same name. It is a so-called large head copy model with a centrifugal body and maple neck. Please enjoy the deep world of Japanese vintage which boasts hidden popularity.

There are scratches and dents throughout, and dullness/rust on the metal parts. The truss rod works well, and there is plenty of room for adjustment in both the forward and reverse warp correction directions. The neck has been adjusted with a rod to correct the bow, but when the treble strings are adjusted to be straight, the bass strings are slightly bowed forward. This does not affect playability.
