"Black Cloud" is a guitar brand made by Black Cloud, a small but elite team of two people based in Nagano Prefecture, the home of the guitar, where all processes are carried out by a single person. Among them, the 5-string bass "BETA-J5" with standard specifications has arrived! It features classic wood materials such as an alder body, maple neck and rosewood fingerboard. Unusually for a 5-string bass these days, it has a simple configuration with only passive pickups, 2Vol1Tone, and a series/parallel switch, making it easy to use from the moment you pick it up. Because it has no unnecessary flavoring, this jazz bass allows you to fully enjoy Black Cloud's high level of technical skill. There are scratches, dents, and signs of use throughout. The truss rod works well, and there is plenty of room for adjustment in both the forward and reverse warp correction directions. The neck has been adjusted with a rod and is now almost straight.
