Product overview The 1997 Gretsch model, the Tennessee Rose, 6119, has arrived! Originally called the Tennessean, it was released as a cheaper version of the 6120 Nashville, but it gained popularity as a very calm guitar among the many flashy Gretsch guitars. Even after the name was changed to the Tennessee Rose, it has remained the same and has captured the hearts of Gretsch fans with its clear sound and airy Filtertron sound. The truss rod works well, and there is plenty of room for adjustment in both the forward and reverse warp correction directions. The neck has been adjusted with a rod. It is close to being straight, but if judged strictly, there is some waviness overall. The frets are generally worn, but it does not interfere with playing.
