Product overview We have a Mockingbird bass manufactured around 1990 in stock! This is a bass from the period when the reinforced neck "Supper-2100" was used. Until then, the neck was used in the "NJ II" series, but in 1989, the model was changed to a simple 2VOL1TONE control and PJ style. The fingerboard is made of an artificial material called ebonic that resembles ebony, and the reinforced neck gives it a high response and attack sound. It's a rock bass that you'll want to strum with a pick, as it gives off a rock sound just like it looks.
