Product overview 2002 signature model of Victor Bailey, the super bassist who supported Weather Report in its later years, has arrived! The distinctive body is made of koa wood on the top, rosewood in between, and mahogany on the back. It has a fairly heavy body, a noiseless pickup, and an active preamp, and you can enjoy a relaxed jazz FUSION-like bass sound that has a sense of attack but is packed with low to low mids. The EQ also simply boosts the desired frequency range, so you can add a little at hand when needed. This is a guitar that is full of his commitment to singing bass lines, as he has been a fan of Fender Jazz Basses ever since.
