Product overview This legendary 1983 electric bass guitar from the earliest Fender Japan JV serial number is now in stock! It's part of the original Fender Pan lineup, the "BOXER" series, and evokes the '80s. With a model number of PJ, it's a quintessential PJ-style bass, featuring the word "CONTENPORALY" on the headstock. This Squier-era model is famous for being used by a hard rock bassist for recordings and live performances, and his later signature model was modeled after the PJ-555. Featuring a 2-volt tuner, TBX control, and a vibrant '80s color scheme, this is a truly unique instrument.
