Product overview We've just received a Stratocaster from the popular "Classic Series," a Mexican-made version of the 2010 "American Vintage Series" USA model! This vintage reissue model, the predecessor to the current "Vintera Series," features an alder body and rosewood fingerboard, making it a standard 60s-style guitar. What sets this Mexican-made model apart is that it's built in a Fender-owned factory using the same machine tools and manufacturing methods as the USA factory! While the exquisite craftsmanship of Japanese-made models is impressive, it's the Mexican-made model that best captures the feel and sound of the USA!

The truss rod works well, and there is plenty of room for adjustment in both the forward and reverse warp correction directions. The neck has been adjusted with a rod and is now almost straight.
