Product overview We've just received the rare '66 Mustang, the MG66, manufactured between 1994 and 1995 and only featured in the 1995 catalog! While it closely resembles the '65 model MG65, which appeared in the mid-2000s, its differences include the white-button Kluson tuning pegs and the lack of a patent number under the headstock logo, making it a truly niche instrument. The color is "California Blue," a color not found on the regular MG69 or MG65 models! While the color has faded, it now has a slightly Daphne Blue hue. This is a rare guitar that's hard to find! The truss rod works well, and there is plenty of room for adjustment in both the forward and reverse warp correction directions. The neck has been adjusted with a rod and is now almost straight.
