Product overview ELK, the Japanese musical instrument manufacturer that produced numerous unique instruments from the 1960s to the early 1970s and was the predecessor of today's Musicland KEY, has just arrived. This is a reissue of the legendary "CUTLASS," one of their most popular instruments of the time! Originally featuring a single-coil design inspired by surf music, this reissue has been updated with a humbucker for modern comfort. It features a Bigsby tremolo in the bridge, and its loose, bright sound pairs perfectly with a rugged crunch or a rugged classic fuzz. This guitar features a heavy alder body, a bound neck, and a front pickup deliberately positioned toward the rear, making it a truly impressive instrument.
