Product overview We've received a Yamaha bizarre guitar, produced between 1967 and 1972, the heyday of Group Sounds! During this period, Yamaha also produced bizarre guitars, and their lineup included guitars like Teisco copy models. Until the SA series was reborn in 1973, Yamaha's SA series had this kind of bizarre appearance. It features a hollow maple body and a built-in suppressor in the F-hole to reduce feedback. This particular instrument has a trapeze tailpiece, but there was also a model called the 'SA-30T' with a tremolo. It has two humbuckers, one volume and one tone, and even a balancer, which is rarely seen these days. The bright, crisp, and sharp rhythm guitar sound is enhanced with a pleasant vintage feel. It has high historical value, and as expected from Yamaha, it's a guitar that is still of a quality that holds up even today!
