Product overview A custom-ordered 8-string model from Sago, one of Japan's leading guitar workshops located in Amagasaki City, Hyogo Prefecture, has arrived! Its unique, modified shape, reminiscent of a Firebird, features a 1P flame rosewood top with a beautifully hand-beveled finish and oil treatment. The body is constructed from purpleheart, maple, and wenge, with a mahogany back. The neck is made of tightly grained rosewood, and the fingerboard is striped ebony. It's equipped with Fishman Fluence Modern Humbacker pickups. Each pot has voice and tap switching, and combined with the 3-way switch, allows for 12 different sound shaping patterns. With a super-long multi-scale design of approximately 660mm on the 1st string side and 711mm on the 8th string side, combined with the hard neck material, it outputs a sharp, edgy riff sound. This is a supreme handcrafted instrument, made with the finest woods and parts, and crafted with the highest level of skill and attention to detail.
