Product overview Kigoshi Custom Guitars, a guitar workshop run by Takayuki Kigoshi in Yugawara Town, Kanagawa Prefecture, produces handmade guitars. One of their signature styles, the KT-002, has arrived. It features a mahogany body with a hollow structure without F-holes and a deep-joint mahogany neck, with a Brazilian rosewood fingerboard. It has a unique warmth and is particularly good at producing the thick guitar sound heard in jazz/ FUSION. When strung with thicker strings, it sounds very jazzy. It is equipped with WIZZ premium clone PAF pickups. Coil tapping is also possible, and the tone is well-finished, allowing for a usable single-coil sound. This is truly a "masterpiece" guitar that shows the consistent craftsmanship of the artisan, from wood selection to woodworking and painting!
