Product overview The Calibre de Cartier collection, exclusively for men, was launched in 2010. This model is a chronograph model that was added in 2013. The 42mm case combines stainless steel and 18K pink gold and is equipped with the in-house Automatic, Cal. 1904-CH MC, which features a vertical clutch. The railway scale on the inside of the bezel and the bold Roman numerals at 12 o'clock create a powerful presence. This is a watch brimming with masculine charm, though it is no longer in production.
