Product overview We've just received the 1986 Ibanez RB851, a compact '80s bass from the Roadstar II series! This model was born when the previous Roadstar RB850 was replaced by the Roadster II. While retaining the basic RB850 design, it features an archtop and tilt joint. It also retains the active Lo-Z pickup, producing a clear, solid sound. This popular Fujigen-manufactured, made-in-Japan bass is definitely worth trying out!

Detailed explanation	There are noticeable scratches and dents, signs of use, and dullness/rust on the metal parts. The truss rod works well, and there is plenty of room for adjustment in both the forward and reverse warp correction directions. The neck has been adjusted with a rod and is now almost straight. The frets have shown some wear from pressing the strings, especially in the low positions of the 4th to 3rd strings, but there is still plenty of wear left and it does not interfere with playing.
