Product overview Launched in 1998, the seventh installment of MONTBLANC 's Patron series, "Alexander the Great," is a rare collection limited to just 4,810 pieces worldwide, honoring the young king who built the greatest empire in history. The marble-like black resin complements the gold-plated cap, reminiscent of an ancient Greek column, creating a majestic Hellenistic aesthetic. The 18K gold nib features a masculine ram engraved on it. The delicate, fine-point F nib delivers a smooth writing experience, evokes the ambition of a hero, and the weight of history, making this a truly exceptional pen.
