This reissue, crafted by the Gibson Custom Shop, recreates the 1957 specs! Featuring an all-mahogany body and ebony fingerboard, this model's unique wood materials offer a rich, sweet sound with a solid core and fast attack, truly regal. The pickups have been upgraded to more powerful Burst Bucker 2 & 3 pickups! While retaining its vintage looks, this guitar is more practical and ready for the modern rock scene. This is a masterpiece crafted in the 1990s, the early days of the Historic Collection, encapsulating the skill of the Custom Shop. Don't miss this opportunity to experience it for yourself! The truss rod works well, and there is plenty of room for adjustment in both the forward and reverse warp correction directions. The neck has been adjusted with a rod and is now almost straight. There is a slight amount of wear on the frets, but there is still enough left that it doesn't interfere with playing.
