Product overview Char, Japan's proud guitar hero, continues to thrill audiences across the country with his passionate guitar playing! This Navigator signature model, which he primarily used in the '80s, is now in stock! It features an original shape resembling a cut-off Mustang bottom. Unlike the Mustang, it features a long scale. Based on its black matching headstock, slanted pickup arrangement, and dynamic vibrato tremolo, this instrument is likely a Char II (listed as a CM-110 in some catalogs) from 1982-1983. The pots are CTS pots with the number 1378044, and the pickups have likely been replaced with Japanese-made Bill Lawrence L-250-style models. The fingerboard has some reddish coloring, but it's not enough to tell if it's padauk or rosewood. Don't miss this rare NAVIGATOR Char model from the early '80s!

Detailed explanation	There are scratches and dents all over the guitar. There are some areas on the head that have been scraped and repainted. The truss rod works well, and there is plenty of room for adjustment in both the forward and reverse warp correction directions. The neck curvature has been adjusted with a rod. As this is a slightly older instrument, there are some minor undulations and twists throughout, but they do not affect playability. The frets have been worn down, but they are still high enough that they do not interfere with playability.
