Product overview Orville is a domestic Gibson brand named after the first name of the founder of Gibson, manufactured in 1990. Among them, we have a Les Paul Custom with the "Orville by Gibson" logo, which is equipped with the original Gibson pickup as standard and is extremely popular! When the Orville brand was born in 1988, the lineup only included models equipped with Gibson PUs with the "Orville by Gibson" logo. The model names were also quite simple, such as "LPC", "LPS", and "ES". Then, in the 1990s, the "Orville" logo model with domestic PUs was born. Around 1994, the "Orville by Gibson" logo model was discontinued, and in 1998, the Orville brand itself was discontinued.
