Product overview The MG series was released in 1989 as Yamaha's signature model at the time, featuring the B'z Matsumoto model and the Bakufu Slump Pappaler Kawai model. The MG-II, which was one of the first models in the lineup, is now in stock! The most distinctive feature is the slim body design that is full of originality and Yamaha's creativity. The impressive 26-fret specification features a high-power ceramic humbucker and two sharp Alnico V single coil SSH configuration pickups. Unlike the lower-end MG-III model, it uses the original bridge "Vintage-Pro" with a robust construction. It also has a bi-sound system, making it a great guitar for rock, from stimulating lead playing to clear backing. The unique feel of the MG series makes it a must-have once you have it! It was still made in Japan at that time, and it is still a popular model today!
