Product overview We have a 1989 Fender Japan active bass, the PJR-65M, in stock, one of the few from the late '80s! It features the "Jazz Bass Special" logo that was featured on Fender Japan's PJ basses at the time. This instrument is a long-scale, but there was also a medium-scale model (PJM65). Detailed explanation	There are scratches and dents all over the guitar. There are sticker marks on the side of the neck. The truss rod works well, and there is plenty of room for adjustment in both the forward and reverse warp correction directions. The neck curvature has been adjusted with a rod. As this is a slightly older instrument, there are some small undulations and twists throughout, but it is still fairly straight considering its age. There are no particular issues with playing. The frets have been filed down, which has caused the frets to become slightly shorter overall. However, the frets are still tall enough and do not interfere with playing.
