The "SC" series is an original Yamaha guitar from the late 70s to early 80s! We have the entry-level model "SC-700" with a list price of 70,000 yen before the lineup was renewed in 1980! The SC series was originally born in 1977 with the concept of "for single bobbin fans". The newly developed bar magnet pickup achieves a sound that is both sharp and powerful. The three mini switches turn the pickup on and off, and the phase can be reversed to create a wide range of sounds! Please enjoy this popular Japanese vintage model!

There are scratches and dents throughout, and dullness/rust on the metal parts. The truss rod is approaching its limit in the reverse warp correction direction (loosening side), but correction is still possible. There is plenty of room in the forward warp correction direction. The neck warp has been adjusted with a rod. It is in a straight condition considering its age. The frets have been worn down. Therefore, the frets are slightly shorter overall.
