Product overview Manufactured in 1989, Heartfield is a Fender sub-brand with a somewhat unusual history, produced by Fender USA and manufactured by Fujigen in the 1990s! This particular model is the "Rock 'n' Roll" RR. From the non-tremolo RR6 to the active RR8 (9), with various specifications for domestic and overseas markets, it was likely a core Heartfield staple, along with the TALON. This particular model is the active RR9, featuring a long-scale neck with an American Standard two-position tremolo, a built-in distortion circuit, and a single pickup. It features three sound selector switches: 1. Half Tone, 2. Hum + Buffer, and 3. Hum + Distortion. The distortion level can be adjusted by adjusting the trim on the back panel. This guitar evokes the spirit of old-school Japanese guitars, making it a truly rock 'n' roll instrument!
