Product overview We've just received the Yamaha Bizarre, a guitar produced during the heyday of group sounds in the late 1960s! It was literally the flagship model, featured first in any catalog. This particular instrument is an extremely rare example in pearl marine color. It features a hollow maple body, suppressors in the F-holes to reduce feedback, and an original roller tremolo bridge. It features a two-humbucker design, one volume, one tone, and a balancer, a rare sight these days. Its bright, crisp rhythm guitar sound is enhanced with a pleasant vintage feel. Not only is it of great historical value, but it's also a guitar of modern-day quality, as you'd expect from Yamaha!

The truss rod works well, and there is plenty of room for adjustment in both the forward and reverse warp correction directions. The neck has been adjusted with a rod, but when the bass string side is adjusted to be straight, the treble string side has a slight forward bow.
