Product overview We've just received the Greco ST model SE-500J, a white-hued guitar with a black pickguard from the 1979-1981 lineup! It's inspired by the modified Stratocaster that Jeff Beck wore during his 1978 tour of Japan with Stanley Clarke. It was available in three grades: the SE-800J, SE-600J, and SE-500J. It features a wide variety of sound options using mini switches. While the original (and some higher-end models at one time) uses a rather complex wiring scheme with one 2-way switch and two 3-way switches, this model features three 3-way switches with Red Special-style wiring that changes on/off and phase depending on the position. This rare Japanese vintage model boasts an edgy single-string sound and a wide range of sound variations!

Detailed explanation	There are scratches and dents overall, and some tarnish/rust on the metal parts, but the damage seems to be minimal considering the age of the car. The truss rod works well, and there is plenty of room for adjustment in both the forward and reverse warp correction directions. A spacer is inserted into the adjustment port to increase the effectiveness of the rod. The neck curvature has been adjusted with a rod. When the treble string side is adjusted to be straight, the bass string side is curved in the opposite direction. This adjustment has been made so that it does not cause any problems in playing. The frets have been filed down and are relatively flat, but this does not interfere with playing.
