Product overview We've just received the 2006 HISTORY ST-type "SZ-1S" from HISTORY, a private label owned by a major Japanese music retailer. This model, which existed before the so-called "COOL Z" brand, was the most affordable entry-level model in the HISTORY lineup at the time. It features Fujigen's patented Circle Fretting System (CFS), which was just starting out at the time, and its Fujigen manufacturing makes it a great value for the money. It features the classic ST style and boasts a crisp, crisp sound. With the number of affordable Japanese-made guitars becoming scarce, this is a guitar we can confidently recommend to beginners looking to get started!

Detailed explanation	There are scratches and dents throughout, signs of use, tarnish/rust on the metal parts, and paint cracks on the neck joint. The truss rod works well, and there is plenty of room for adjustment in both the forward and reverse warp correction directions. The neck has been adjusted with a rod and is now almost straight.
