Product overview Manufactured in 2016. We have received an Epiphone reissue of the "Blues Hawk," a model that existed as part of Gibson's regular line from 1996 to 2006! As the name suggests, it is a thinline semi-hollow model with rare specifications for Gibson, targeting blues players. It stands out for its un-Gibson-like specifications, such as a 25.5-inch long scale, V-shaped neck, and string-through-body bridge. Although it is a hollow body, it is not a center block type, but rather the area near the f-holes is hollowed out, making it a distinctive structure that is close to a solid body. Equipped with P-90 type pickups and a Varitone switch similar to that of the ES-345, it has a unique tone that is both acoustic and sweet. This is a rare model now!
