Product overview The Tank is Cartier 's flagship watch collection. Inspired by tanks, the design was created by Louis Cartier in 1917. While various derivative designs have appeared since, the Tank Américaine is characterized by its beautifully curved, elongated case. This particular model is a women's version made of white gold. The bezel is set with Diamond carefully selected by Cartier, and the bracelet is also made of white gold, making it a luxurious model. It is a work that only Cartier, with its two faces as both a jeweler and a watchmaker, could create.
