Product overview The Speedmaster is Omega's signature model, born in 1957. It is also famous for accompanying NASA's space missions, and is nicknamed the "Moonwatch" as it was the watch that went to the moon. This Ref.3539.50 is a model born in 2006 as a successor to the previous model, Ref.3510.50, and is a popular model that is a smaller and Automatic version of the standard Speedmaster Professional. The case diameter is approximately 39mm, making it a great size for slender men. It is also attractive for its lower price than the Speedmaster Professional, and is recommended as a "first Omega". The big difference from the previous model is that the windshield has been changed from acrylic glass to scratch-resistant sapphire glass. Additionally, the bracelet has also been improved. Since production has already ended, this item is only available on the second-hand market.
