Detailed explanation	Pot date 1979, serial 1980 The ES-347, an enthusiast's masterpiece that was born in 1978 as an intermediate model between the ES-345 and ES-335, was produced until around 1985 and discontinued in 1993, is now available! Introduced as a successor to the ES-345, the Varitone switch installed on the ES-345 has been discontinued, and a new coil tap switch has been installed on the right wing. It was an advanced full-acoustic model packed with new Gibson ideas, such as the TP-6 tailpiece that enabled fine tuning and the Sustain Sisters brass studs that accelerated sustain. This instrument was modified to replace the bridge with a Bigsby and hide the hole with a "CUSTOM MADE" plate, which was popular at the time. The body is made of maple and the neck is also made of 3P maple, giving you a Gibson sound with exquisite nuances, creating a unique sound that can only be experienced with this instrument. Please experience the concept of a guitar for the next generation of music, which Gibson aimed for in 1978, when music was becoming more diverse.
