Product overview We have a 1986 Fender Japan with an E serial number, which is now rare! The E serial number is now considered a legend, and is a testament to the early days of Fender Japan, following on from the JV. Fender Japan was founded because of the high level of technology in Japanese copy models, and you can feel the soul of the craftsmen at the time. Although it was the cheapest 57 model at the time, it has a brilliant Stratocaster sound that is still popular today. vintage Fender Japan is still at the forefront of guitarists!

Detailed explanation	There are scratches and dents throughout, tarnish/rust on the metal parts, and discoloration, but given its age there is little damage and it appears to be in relatively good condition. The truss rod works well, and there is plenty of room for adjustment in both the forward and reverse warp correction directions. The neck warp has been adjusted with the rod. There is some waviness overall. When the bass string side is adjusted to be straight, the treble string side is slightly bowed forward. It has been adjusted so that there are no problems with playing. The frets have been worn down. As a result, the frets are slightly shorter overall.
