Product overview We've just received a new guitar, nicknamed "Psyche," which hide used from around 1994, around the time of X's second album, "Jealousy." As the price went up, the model name changed from "MG-120X (¥120,000)" to "MG-145X (¥145,000)" to "MG-165X (¥165,000)." This guitar, lacking a serial number on the back of the headstock, is the earliest known MG-120X. Among the many hide models, this is one of the few with a mahogany body (hide's own "psyche" is Monkeypod), and it boasts a bold sound. While the body itself shows minimal damage, the gold HARDWEAR had deteriorated significantly, so the tuning machines, bridge, and tailpiece have been replaced with beautiful Gotoh-made ones. This guitar is sure to be a pleasure to play!

The truss rod works well, and there is plenty of room for adjustment in both the forward and reverse warp correction directions. The neck has been adjusted with a rod and is now almost straight. There is a slight amount of wear on the frets, but there is still enough left that it doesn't interfere with playing.
