Following the Duo-Sonic and Musicmaster, the Mustang was released in 1964 as a guitar in the price range that even students could purchase. It gained popularity as a guitar with a vibrato unit, which was not available in the previous model, despite being inexpensive. When it was first released, there was also a super short scale Mustang with 22.5 inches and 21 frets like the Duo-Sonic and Musicmaster, but this is a short scale individual with 24 inches and 22 frets. Of course, the paint is lacquer finish. You can experience the good sound and looks that are incomparable to modern Mustangs. Although it was a student model when it was released, it is now a guitar that has taken root as a strong individuality, and it is a guitar that makes you feel the history.

Detailed explanation	There are noticeable scratches and dents, signs of use, dullness/rust, and discoloration on the metal parts. The truss rod works well, and there is plenty of room for adjustment in both the forward and reverse warp correction directions. The neck has been adjusted with a rod. It is in a straight condition considering its age. There is a slight amount of wear on the frets, but there is still enough left that it does not interfere with playing.
