Product overview We have received a special model from the Gibson Custom Shop, the pinnacle of Gibson acoustic guitars: the J-45 CUSTOM SPECIAL! While the standard J-45 uses mahogany for the back and sides, the CUSTOM uses rosewood! It features a brighter, more attacking sound than the standard J-45. From this year onwards, the regular line J-45 CUSTOM features crown inlays, but this instrument continues to use flower inlays. Another difference from the regular line is that it comes standard with LR BAGGS' high-end "Lyric" pickup! It realistically captures the resonance and vibrations of the guitar body and outputs them noiselessly!
