    Product overview #3776CENTURY Celluloid Celluloid was a material that was used in industrial products, not just pens, until the invention of plastic due to its beautiful coloring. The material is made by slicing the laminated celluloid material into plates and rolling them one by one into a pipe shape, which is then molded into the shape of a pen. Due to the nature of celluloid as a material, each process requires a total of six months of drying and other steps. In the case of ordinary celluloid pens, a square piece of approximately 2 cm square is cut (hollowed out) using a lathe, etc., but this unique method of winding the pen is used. As a result, the seam line (the seam where the wrap is wrapped) appears on the body, but on the other hand, this is proof of the unique manufacturing method. In addition, the crown and tip of the shaft are rounded (curved) so that the entire pen is covered with celluloid.
