Detailed explanation |
Riverhead is a Japanese brand that was developed by guitar giant Deviser from the mid-1980s to around 2000 and can be considered the predecessor of Bacchus. The RGB-54H, one of the bass guitars from the late 90s lineup "GRACIA BASS", has arrived! The list price at the time was 88,000 yen, and it was characterized by its powerful sound, equipped with two Music Man-type humbuckers. Equipped with an alder body, maple neck, and two active EQs, you can enjoy a gritty tone that is just like the original. There are surprisingly few options for MM basses, which can be enjoyed with the solid construction that is unique to Japanese-made products, and this is a highly practical instrument. There are scratches and dents throughout. The truss rod works well, and there is plenty of room for adjustment in both the forward and reverse warp correction directions. The neck has been adjusted with a rod and is now almost straight. There is a slight amount of wear on the frets, but there is still enough left that it doesn't interfere with playing.
