PIE-ZO, the predecessor model of "ZO-3 BASS", is now in stock! This is a long-selling model that has remained in the lineup for nearly 20 years, and as its name suggests, it is equipped with a piezo pickup. It features a warm tone similar to that of an acoustic bass. The string length (648mm) is shorter than the short scale (710mm), just the same as that of a Stratocaster guitar. Special strings are available for this purpose, but short scale strings can also be substituted. There are scratches and dents throughout. The truss rod works well, and there is plenty of room for adjustment in both the forward and reverse warp correction directions. The neck has been adjusted with a rod, but when the bass strings are adjusted to be straight, the treble strings are slightly bowed forward. There is no problem with playing. There is a slight reduction in the frets, but there is still enough left that it does not interfere with playing.
