Product overview We have received the HR-85, limited edition of 500 units produced in 2002 as a cheaper version of the legendary hide model HR-195 REBIRTH, which was sold in limited of 300 units in 2001! The black color is less common than the natural color, but since the higher-end model HR-195 REBIRTH was only available in natural, this color is only available on the HR-85. This model was released unfinished because hide passed away before the final meeting on the specifications could be held. In honor of hide, we customized it with gold HARDWEAR inspired by the MG-280X, a model that represents the early days of X. All of the products are made in Japan by Gotoh, so the performance of the guitar has been greatly improved. And of course the pickups have been upgraded to Dimarzio/DP100 and EMG85! We hope you will enjoy this as an answer to the fantasy of "What specs would hide have had?"

Detailed explanation	There are scratches, dents, and signs of use throughout the guitar. There are many signs of simple touch-ups of peeling paint on the bottom of the body back, but at first glance it looks clean. Although it is hidden and difficult to see, there are signs of expansion of the mini switch mounting hole and processing when installing another peg. The truss rod works well, and there is plenty of room for adjustment in both the forward and reverse warp correction directions. The neck has been adjusted with a rod. It is in a straight condition considering its age. The frets show little wear and are in almost perfect condition.
