Product overview We have a Telecaster Thinline model from the so-called "Guneko Logo" period, manufactured in the early 1970s! It was manufactured by Matsumoku Kogyo, a company known to all fans of Japanese vintage. Originally, maple necks and maple fretboards (TE-450) and one-piece maple necks (TE-500) were the standard at the time, but this instrument is a rare one equipped with a rosewood fretboard neck, which was sold separately! The unique rustic and tasteful sound gives it a Japanese vintage feel.

The truss rod works well, and there is plenty of room for adjustment in both the forward and reverse warp correction directions. The neck curvature has been adjusted with a rod. It is close to being straight, but if judged strictly, there is some waviness overall. The frets have been worn down. As a result, the frets are generally shorter.
