In Japan, the "Alvarez Yairi", a collaboration with K. Yairi, is famous, but in the UK there are also many regular Alvarez guitars in the lineup that do not involve K. Yairi, and this model is one of them. Considering that it is made in Korea, just like the Epiphones of the time, it is safe to say that the quality is on par with Epiphones.
