Currently, non-pickguard/zebra pickup LP models have been downgraded to domestic pickups, but this instrument comes standard with Seymour Duncan SH-1N/SH-4! With a weight and extra-thick neck that rivals the original Gibson, you can enjoy high-power, solid, high-quality rock sound right away. In these days when Orville and Epiphone Japan products have become quite premium, this is a guitar we would highly recommend to anyone looking for a higher quality LP model. *Paint is protected with masking tape underneath the duct tape. There are slight scratches, small dents, and signs of use. The truss rod works well, and there is plenty of room for adjustment in both the forward and reverse warp correction directions. The neck has been adjusted with a rod and is now almost straight. There is still plenty of fret height, so it is not particularly difficult to play.
