A reissue of Epiphone's first famous Wilshire, which is an indispensable instrument when talking about the history of solid guitars! The Wilshire gives the impression of a Gibson SG, but it was designed to compete with the Stratocaster and features a double cutaway. Since the original Wilshire was designed before the Gibson SG, this design was cutting edge at the time. The pickups have been changed from the original mini humbuckers to regular humbuckers, making it a guitar that meets the needs of modern music.

There are scratches and dents throughout. The truss rod works well, and there is plenty of room for adjustment in both the forward and reverse warp correction directions. The neck has been adjusted with a rod and is almost straight. The frets are slightly worn down, especially in the low positions of the 1st to 3rd strings, but there is still plenty of wear left and it does not interfere with playing.
