Product overview A very popular Japanese-made Casino made in 1993! Although it was popular at the time as the "Beetle Gear," the domestically-made Casino has been attracting more attention for its high quality as its production has shifted from Matsumoku to Terada Musical Instruments to Korea to China. This instrument is from the orange label period by Terada Musical Instruments, before production was taken over from the now-defunct Matsumoku and moved to Korea. Although it is hidden in the Matsumoku period (late 1970s to around 1987), Terada-made Casinos are as popular as Matsumoku-made ones due to their reliable quality and full sound.
