The MX series features a clear sound with roasted maple for all models, and comfortable playability with FRED ball-edge frets. Unlike previous Metro Express models, the head logo has returned to Sadowsky, giving it a stronger brand feel. There are also small upgrades such as shielding inside the cavity, the adoption of a noiseless pickup, and an easier-to-open back panel, making this a cost-performance model that is one step above previous Metro Express models.
