ZEP-II FAZ-115
Product code: 270-004-055-3921
Product overview The "Flying-A" model is by Toshihiko Takamizawa, the electric guitarist of the great Japanese band "THE ALFEE," which is celebrating its 40th anniversary since its formation! We have a guitar from the late 1980s when it was released under the ZEP-II brand! This is an original model made by ESP, combining the famous Gibson guitar model "Flying V" with the initial letter "A" of ALFEE. Takamizawa is known for his "Angel Guitar," which left a strong impression, but if you were with THE ALFEE in the 1980s and 1990s, this guitar may have left a stronger impression on you. The body is alder, and the bridge is a Takeuchi TRS-101 tremolo. The catalog states that the Floyd Rose is genuine, but since the same model at ESP at the time was sometimes equipped with a Takeuchi product, we suspect that it is genuine and not a replacement. You can see the tight construction that is typical of Japanese products at the time, and enjoy a high-quality distortion sound!

Detailed explanation There are some slight scratches and discoloration, but there is almost no noticeable damage and it looks relatively clean.
The truss rod works well, and there is plenty of room for adjustment in both the forward and reverse warp correction directions.
The neck has been adjusted with a rod and is almost straight. The frets have been filed down. Therefore, the frets are slightly shorter overall.
