Product overview The SL (Studio Lord) is a Yamaha LP copy model that was in the 70s and 80s lineup! The SL-500S, the next model after the entry-level SL-400S, has arrived! It has a classic single cutaway body with agathis instead of mahogany and maple on the top. It is equipped with an open-type humbucker, which outputs a thick, solid sound. You can enjoy the sound that is typical of Japanese vintage, shining with the skills of Yamaha craftsmen from over 40 years ago.
